You can sign up using your email address and a password, or use Google Sign-In for a faster one-tap setup. Open the app, tap "Get Started," and follow the onboarding steps to pick your language and set your learning goal.
LingoPath currently supports 14+ languages including French, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Dutch, and English. We're adding more languages regularly!
If you're a complete beginner, choose A1. If you've studied the language before, we recommend picking the level that feels slightly challenging but comfortable. You can always switch levels later from the Level Switcher in the app.
Yes! LingoPath has a free tier that gives you access to core lessons, vocabulary, grammar, and the leaderboard. Some premium features may require an in-app purchase. The free tier may show non-intrusive ads outside of lesson sessions.
Your streak counts the number of consecutive days you complete at least one lesson. Complete your daily goal before midnight (local time) to keep your streak alive. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero — unless you have a Streak Freeze active.
A Streak Freeze protects your streak if you miss a day. You can purchase Streak Freezes using LingoCoins in the Streak screen (tap the fire icon on the home screen). One freeze protects one missed day. You can hold up to 3 Streak Freezes at a time.

You earn XP by completing lessons, exercises, and daily goals. Harder exercises and longer lessons reward more XP. Perfect scores on exercises give bonus XP. Your total XP determines your position on the global leaderboard.
LingoPath uses your device's built-in speech recognition (iOS Speech Framework / Android SpeechRecognizer) to analyze your pronunciation in real-time. Your audio is processed locally and is not stored on our servers. You'll need to grant microphone permission for this feature.
Yes! Tap the layers icon on the Learn screen to open the Language Switcher. You can switch to any available language and level at any time. Your progress in each language is saved separately so you can return to a previous language without losing your place.
The New Words tab shows vocabulary you've encountered in lessons. You can save words to your personal list for review, hear pronunciations, and see example sentences. Words are automatically added as you complete lessons.
The Global Leaderboard ranks all LingoPath users by total XP earned. It updates in real-time. Your display name and XP are visible to other users. You can find yourself on the leaderboard even if you're not in the top 50 — your exact rank is calculated based on your XP relative to all users.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. We'll send a password reset link to your inbox. If you signed up with Google Sign-In, use your Google account settings to manage your password.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account, all progress, XP, saved words, and personal data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you have trouble finding this, email us at aikpak24@gmail.com.
